motivPT's Keep Moving Plan combines upper body, lower body, spine, and core exercises to take a holistic approach to your body and your health. 

Looking for some movement training but not dealing with any specific injury or needs? motivPT's Keep Moving Plan combines upper body, lower body, spine, and core exercises to take a holistic approach to your body and your health. This monthly subscription includes 15-minutes of exercise Monday through Friday, a 15-minute phone consult with Dr. Alex, and our FitKit to help you progress and advance your movement training. The plan is only $25/month with a one-time sign-up charge of $25 for our Fitkit and phone consult. The plan changes monthly and will help address your total body and often ignored areas.
