Lafayette residents enjoy an active Colorado lifestyle with access to Waneka Lake Park, Coal Creek Trail, and nearby open space for walking, running, and cycling. Many also commute to Boulder, Louisville, or Denver, where long hours at a desk, frequent driving, or physically demanding jobs in healthcare, technology, education, and construction can place ongoing stress on the body. These everyday activities commonly contribute to neck pain and headaches, shoulder and elbow pain from repetitive movements, and knee pain or ankle sprains related to sports, hiking, or uneven trails.
Neck stiffness, recurring headaches, shoulder tightness, elbow soreness, knee discomfort during everyday movement, and ankle pain after a sprain can gradually interfere with work, exercise, and family activities. Some symptoms appear after a sudden injury, while others develop over time because of repetitive strain, poor posture, or movement imbalances. A professional physical therapy assessment can help identify the underlying causes, improve mobility, and support recovery before symptoms become more limiting.
Simple habits such as maintaining good posture, strengthening supporting muscles, improving flexibility, warming up before physical activity, and wearing supportive footwear can help reduce the risk of future injuries. Personalized physical therapy can address neck pain and headaches, shoulder pain, elbow pain, knee pain, and ankle sprains while providing practical movement strategies that fit into busy lifestyles. For Lafayette residents who want to stay active throughout the year, early care can support healthier movement, improved function, and a confident return to the activities they enjoy most.

You self-schedule your free 15-minute consult. At your consult, we'll talk about your movement goals and any pain you're experiencing. We'll then get you scheduled for your Body Assessment.
Schedule your 30-minute Body Assessment and complete the Self Report you’ll be emailed upon scheduling. Log in to your HIPPA-compliant patient portal 5-10 mins before your visit. Be dressed in something you can move in!
Start your 8-week program the next day with your first Home Exercise Playlist, which you’ll access through your patient portal or our PTEverywhere app. Your program will change each day with exercises cycling in and out, so logging in daily is important.
Schedule a 15-minute check-in (recommend 1-2 weeks after the Body Assessment). Know that if something comes up or if you're not making expected gradual progress, you can schedule 15-minute check-ins anytime!
We want to know how you're doing and the patient message board is a great way to give us updates or seek clarification on less urgent issues.
