Side planks are a great oblique exercise, but did you know they also really work your hip abductors (side butt). When performed correctly, side planks:

  • Strengthen your hips, shoulders, and obliques all in one exercise
  • Improve stabilization and balance
  • Help protect your back from injury

As always, technique is key. Do your body a favor and follow along with Dr. Alex as he teaches you side plank variations!
