Englewood residents balance busy workdays with an active lifestyle, whether commuting along US 285 and Interstate 25, enjoying the trails at Belleview Park, or exploring the South Platte River Trail. Many people work in healthcare, education, technology, retail, and skilled trades, where prolonged sitting, repetitive tasks, or frequent lifting can place added stress on the body. These daily demands commonly contribute to neck pain and headaches, shoulder and elbow pain, as well as knee pain or ankle sprains from running, fitness activities, or uneven walking surfaces.
Recurring headaches, neck stiffness, shoulder tightness, elbow soreness, knee discomfort when climbing stairs, and lingering ankle pain after a sprain can gradually affect everyday movement. Some symptoms develop after a sudden injury, while others result from repetitive motion, poor posture, or muscle imbalances over time. A professional physical therapy assessment can identify movement restrictions, improve mobility, and help address the underlying causes before discomfort begins interfering with work, exercise, or daily routines.
Healthy habits such as maintaining good posture, strengthening supporting muscles, improving flexibility, warming up before physical activity, and wearing supportive footwear can help reduce the risk of future injuries. Personalized physical therapy can address neck pain and headaches, shoulder pain, elbow pain, knee pain, and ankle sprains while providing practical movement strategies that fit into busy schedules. For Englewood residents who want to stay active throughout the year, early care can support better function, healthier movement, and a confident return to the activities they enjoy.

You self-schedule your free 15-minute consult. At your consult, we'll talk about your movement goals and any pain you're experiencing. We'll then get you scheduled for your Body Assessment.
Schedule your 30-minute Body Assessment and complete the Self Report you’ll be emailed upon scheduling. Log in to your HIPPA-compliant patient portal 5-10 mins before your visit. Be dressed in something you can move in!
Start your 8-week program the next day with your first Home Exercise Playlist, which you’ll access through your patient portal or our PTEverywhere app. Your program will change each day with exercises cycling in and out, so logging in daily is important.
Schedule a 15-minute check-in (recommend 1-2 weeks after the Body Assessment). Know that if something comes up or if you're not making expected gradual progress, you can schedule 15-minute check-ins anytime!
We want to know how you're doing and the patient message board is a great way to give us updates or seek clarification on less urgent issues.
