Littleton, Colorado is a community built around an active lifestyle, where residents enjoy outdoor recreation, fitness activities, and easy access to natural spaces throughout the Denver metro area. With destinations like Chatfield State Park, Hudson Gardens, and nearby foothill trails, many residents spend their time hiking, cycling, running, walking, and participating in recreational sports. These activities support a healthy lifestyle but can also contribute to common movement challenges, including knee pain, ankle sprains, shoulder discomfort, and overuse injuries.
The combination of outdoor activity, commuting, desk-based work, and active hobbies can place repeated stress on the body. Long hours at a computer may contribute to neck pain and headaches, while lifting, training, gardening, or recreational sports can affect the shoulders and elbows. Knee discomfort and ankle injuries are also common concerns for people who enjoy staying active across Colorado’s changing seasons and varied terrain.
Maintaining mobility is essential for enjoying everything Littleton has to offer, from local trails and parks to daily routines and family activities. Addressing discomfort early through proper movement strategies, education, and professional guidance can help individuals better understand their bodies and make confident decisions about their recovery. Personalized physical therapy approaches can support people managing neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, elbow pain, knee issues, and ankle injuries while helping them return to the activities they value most.

You self-schedule your free 15-minute consult. At your consult, we'll talk about your movement goals and any pain you're experiencing. We'll then get you scheduled for your Body Assessment.
Schedule your 30-minute Body Assessment and complete the Self Report you’ll be emailed upon scheduling. Log in to your HIPPA-compliant patient portal 5-10 mins before your visit. Be dressed in something you can move in!
Start your 8-week program the next day with your first Home Exercise Playlist, which you’ll access through your patient portal or our PTEverywhere app. Your program will change each day with exercises cycling in and out, so logging in daily is important.
Schedule a 15-minute check-in (recommend 1-2 weeks after the Body Assessment). Know that if something comes up or if you're not making expected gradual progress, you can schedule 15-minute check-ins anytime!
We want to know how you're doing and the patient message board is a great way to give us updates or seek clarification on less urgent issues.
