Erie residents enjoy an active lifestyle with miles of neighborhood trails, community parks, and easy access to outdoor recreation throughout northern Colorado. Many people also commute to Boulder, Denver, or surrounding communities, spending extended time driving or working in technology, healthcare, education, construction, and other physically demanding professions. These everyday activities can contribute to neck pain and headaches from prolonged sitting, shoulder and elbow pain from repetitive lifting or computer use, and knee pain or ankle sprains related to running, hiking, youth sports, or uneven trails.
Neck stiffness, frequent headaches, shoulder tightness, elbow soreness, knee discomfort while walking or climbing stairs, and ankle instability after a sprain can gradually interfere with daily routines. Some symptoms develop after a sudden injury, while others result from repetitive movement or poor mechanics over time. A professional assessment can help identify movement restrictions, improve mobility, and address contributing factors before pain begins limiting work, exercise, or recreational activities.
Healthy movement habits, including maintaining good posture, improving strength and flexibility, warming up before physical activity, and wearing supportive footwear, can help reduce the risk of future injuries. Personalized physical therapy can address neck pain and headaches, shoulder pain, elbow pain, knee pain, and ankle sprains while providing practical strategies that fit into busy lifestyles. For Erie residents who want to stay active throughout the year, early care can help support better movement, improved function, and a safe return to the activities they enjoy.

You self-schedule your free 15-minute consult. At your consult, we'll talk about your movement goals and any pain you're experiencing. We'll then get you scheduled for your Body Assessment.
Schedule your 30-minute Body Assessment and complete the Self Report you’ll be emailed upon scheduling. Log in to your HIPPA-compliant patient portal 5-10 mins before your visit. Be dressed in something you can move in!
Start your 8-week program the next day with your first Home Exercise Playlist, which you’ll access through your patient portal or our PTEverywhere app. Your program will change each day with exercises cycling in and out, so logging in daily is important.
Schedule a 15-minute check-in (recommend 1-2 weeks after the Body Assessment). Know that if something comes up or if you're not making expected gradual progress, you can schedule 15-minute check-ins anytime!
We want to know how you're doing and the patient message board is a great way to give us updates or seek clarification on less urgent issues.
